International Shipping FAQs

Do you ship orders overseas?

Yes, all of the items on our eCommerce store (ClearPath, ClearPath accessories, and power supplies) can be shipped internationally. Currently, we support shipping to:


Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

My country is not on the supported shipping list. Can I still order Teknic products?

Most likely. Please contact Teknic at sales@teknic.com or call us at +1 585 784 7454 and we will find out the best way for you to order Teknic products.

How much will I pay for international shipping?

Your shipping price will depend on the order size, type of products, destination, and shipping speed. This will be shown on the “Shipping Method” page during checkout.


Please note: Some countries charge additional customs fees and carrier charges. Teknic cannot anticipate these costs. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to inquire about any fees that you may expect. Teknic will not reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.

What are my international shipping options?

All international orders ship using FedEx. We do not offer Overnight or Second Day deliveries for international orders at this time.

How long will it take for my package to ship internationally?

International shipping typically takes around 5 business days for “economy” and 3 business days for “priority”. We do not offer Overnight or Second Day deliveries for international orders at this time.

Are there any other charges, such as duties or taxes?

Additional charges are not included in Teknic's shipping charges.


Teknic's international shipping charges include express air transportation, brokerage fees, and clearance entry fees, but your destination country may charge you import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes and other fees for the products you import from Teknic. These charges are not included and must be paid by you upon receipt of your shipment.


Unfortunately, we cannot calculate what your additional charges may be, because customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. As a general guideline, the European Union duty rate for ClearPath motors is 2.7%; the global average import duty rate is about 4%; rates of 8-12% are not uncommon; and a few countries are higher. For exact details, please contact your destination’s customs office or visit their official website.

Does Teknic have a distributor or representative in my country?

No, Teknic chose not to use international distributors or representatives (reps). We’ve made this decision for several reasons:


1. In selling exclusively factory direct, this eliminates the cost overhead of a distributor, which we pass directly to you. (These costs can be as high as 40%).
2. Webstore purchases come with direct support from factory-trained engineers that focus exclusively on Teknic products.
3. We designed ClearPath to be an extremely easy-to-use servo, with: automatic tuning, simple software configuration, and extensive online resources.
